In November 2022, James’s expertise flourished even further as he was seconded to the Claims Consultancy business on a major Motor project. This division comprises highly experienced and skilled multi-class claims professionals with an average of up to two decades of experience. His outstanding performance caught the attention of the Head of Operations of UK Claims Consulting, who offered him a permanent position in the team.
