Jenni Pendrey joined Gallagher Bassett in 2024 as Chief Client Officer.

Jenni oversees initiatives to strengthen client relationships, deliver  exceptional service and support the company’s strategic growth plans.  Additionally, she aligns sales and marketing efforts to strengthen Gallagher Bassett’s brand and services in the market.
 
Prior to Gallagher Bassett, Jenni served as Group Insurance and Claims Manager at Mobico Group PLC, where she led insurance and claims strategies across various modes of passenger transport and covering multiple territories. Her career in the transport sector spans over 20 years, with expertise in risk management, claims  optimisation and leveraging data-driven insights to improve safety and reduce costs.
 
Jenni has been recognised for her contributions, including the 2008 Loss Prevention Strategy Award and the 2017 Group Values Award for Excellence.
 
Jenni holds a BSc Hons in Management Science (Business & Finance) from the University of Warwick, post-graduate management qualifications and certifications including NEBOSH, CertCII, and a BTEC Diploma in Personal Injury Law. She is also a 2023 graduate of AIRMIC’s Business Excellence programme and is completing her DipCII.
